We had a big ice/rain storm yesterday and As the sun came out and lit everything up it looked as if everything was covered in a crystal casing. Great day for hot tea and a sauna.
I don’t think there’s ever a day that shouldn’t be spent partially out of doors, but sometimes the value of that time is the flash of warmth and heat from coming inside afterwards. Bright, cold, windy days make a woodstove appreciated more than ever.
